• Security of personal data: We process your personal data in such a way as to prevent any unauthorised or accidental access to, alteration, destruction or loss of personal data, unauthorised transfers, unauthorised processing or other misuse of personal data. We implement information security controls in our own applications and offer products and solutions that ensure a high level of data security.

• Other electronic data: Website from which the visitor visited the Axelum s.r.o. website, anonymised IP address, date of access and access time, http response code, data groups transmitted, browser data, country and city of access, internet provider and device model, screen resolution and operating system of the website visitor's computer
• Other data required for the performance of the contract: Bank account number
• Other personal data provided by our clients: Based on contracts, addenda or other documents entered into for the purpose of providing our products and services

Your personal data is processed by our own employees or by third parties with whom a written contract for the processing of personal data is always concluded. These contracts ensure that your personal data is processed securely and in accordance with the relevant legislation. Our employees process your personal data based on internal guidelines, receive training on data protection and we also implement many other technical and organisational measures to protect your data as far as possible. Of course, we ensure that all persons who process personal data have a confidentiality agreement with us, where they undertake to respect the obligation of confidentiality of information obtained in connection with the processing of personal data.

• To comply with legal obligations: ​In certain cases, we are required to process personal data by law. We are also required to retain your personal data for the purpose of inspections by state authorities or other regulatory bodies in the Czech Republic, the European Union and other member states, as applicable.
• Performance of contractual obligations: ​We also process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligations of both parties, in particular, to ensure that the contract is concluded and properly fulfilled.
• Legitimate interest: ​In some cases, we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, in particular for security and administrative reasons. We only process such data provided that your rights do not override our legitimate interest. In order to process on the basis of legitimate interest, we always carry out a balancing test to determine whether we are entitled to such processing. By legitimate interests, we mean in particular administrative purposes, health protection and protection of property.
• On the basis of consent to the processing of personal data for these purposes: ​If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, we may send you newsletters, informative communications, offers, invitations to events, seminars, conferences, etc. Consent to this processing of personal data is completely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, either by sending a notice of withdrawal of consent in writing to the address of the registered office of Axelum s.r.o. or by email (see ​contacts). The consent given can also be revoked by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter or advertising message sent. Without consent, AAxelum s.r.o. cannot send advertising communications.

The personal data provided are processed for a period of time that is compatible with the purpose of processing the personal data. We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, for legitimate and necessary business purposes such as making business decisions, complying with our legal obligations and resolving disputes.

We use external processors to process your personal data. We transfer your personal data to these processors only for the purposes stated above, and in connection with the transfer, we always have a data processing agreement with these processors, which contains the same guarantees for the processing of personal data as are observed at Axelum s.r.o.

In connection with the sending of newsletters, we provide your personal data (specifically your e-mail address) to a third party, namely SmartSelling a.s., Netroufalky 797/5. Bohunice, 625 00, Brno.

The right to access your data: If you have any doubts about exactly what personal data we process about you, please do not hesitate to contact us. You have the right to know exactly what we keep about you, i.e.:

• The purpose we are processing your personal data for,
• The scope of your personal data,
• The period of time for which your personal data will still be processed by us,
• The sources of the personal data, unless we have received the personal data directly from you,
• Whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is taking place.

We will generally provide this information to you in electronic form.

Right to rectification: You have the right to have Axelum s.r.o. correct incorrect personal data concerning you without undue delay, and you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed (including by providing a supplementary statement).

Right to erasure ("oblivion"): You have the right to have your personal data erased if one of the following reasons applies:

• Personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected or processed.
• You withdraw your consent if the processing is based on consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
• You object to processing on the grounds of legitimate interests of the data controller.
• The personal data has been processed unlawfully.
• Where parental consent is not given for the processing of personal data of children.
• A legal obligation imposed by Union or Member State law.

Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe that your personal data is processed in violation of the law or in violation of your private and personal life. Based on your request, we will assess the situation without undue delay, and, in any case, within one month at the latest, we will either implement or refuse the restriction of processing or extend the time limit if the exercise of the right is difficult. In any case, we will inform you within one month of receiving your request of the outcome of the assessment and the measures we have taken.

Right to data portability: You have the right to obtain your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or you have the right to have us provide your personal data to another controller of your choice.

Right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects that concern you or similarly significantly affect you.

Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to simply withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, provided that consent is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data.

Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7) if you believe that Axelum s.r.o. processes personal data in violation of the GDPR.

Right to be informed about adequate safeguards regarding the transfer if personal data would be transferred to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.

Right to a copy of the personal data processed, including in electronic form.

Right to be notified of a personal data breach where this is likely to result in a high risk to my rights and freedoms.

Right to object to the processing of your personal data where the personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest.
